Well I was talking to my friend Stasia on the phone yesterday and she sounded really sad in Chicago. Not sure what happened there but she wanted to get back home in Cali. She really sounded disperate so I decided to fly her back here. I found the cheapest tickets but the arrival will be at 1am. Now I don't really want to be up that late but I will do anything for Stasia so I did not mind. So today I decided to take a nap before I pick her up. While I was napping, she left me a message on my phone saying her flight will be delayed and she won't arrive here in LA until 12PM tomorrow. Well that is good for me but I had to cancel my lunch with my friend Constance. That sucks of course because I haven't seen Constance in a while....
In other news, I went to the Huntington Kite Festival with my family today! I flew 3 kites! All Rokakkus! It was fun. So many types of kites. It's not as crowded as the one in Seal Beach but a kite fest is always fun anyway.
